A knowledge of Yoga in the fullest sense of its application, including Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, as well as Asana.
You should have a daily practice that included one of the following: Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Mantra, Kirtan or Gyana Yoga.
You should have some understanding of Yoga terminology, e.g names of the Chakras.
Ideally, you need to be aware of the energy systems as described by Yoga, including Chakras, Nadis and Koshas.
There will be preparatory books to read in readiness for our time together. There will be homework for each student, and full support from Swami Hamsa, who will communicate with you throughout.
