In this workshop you’ll be introduced to yoga and meditation practices designed to deepen your connection to your body’s wisdom, intuition and unique dietary needs.
Science confirms that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to eating. As a result many diets are unstainable and often increase food fears, confusion and deepen the disconnection with our body and our own diet instincts.
This is the first of three workshops aimed at clearing the confusion around diet myths and guiding you back to your gut instincts and intuition, so that you can nourish yourself with clarity and confidence. This workshop is for you if:
- You’re tired of trying countless diets and searching for the ‘right’ way to eat.
- You’re ready to trust your body wisdom instead of imposing rigid diet rules.
- You’re eager to tune into your intuition about food and thrive.
The Structure
The day will follow the structure below:
10.00 - 10.15 Introduction to the day
10.15 – 10.30 Meditation on connecting with the body
10.30 – 11.30 Gentle yoga movement to connect with body sensations
11.30 – 11.50 Break
11.50 – 12.30 Yoga Nidra to deepen your intuition on what food your body needs
12.30 – 12.40 Journalling
12.40 – 13.00 Intuitive eating meditation
The workshop is suitable for all, so no previous experience is necessary. The emphasis will be on making modifications that best suit your own body and needs.
What to bring
Please bring with you a yoga mat, bolster or cushions, pillows, blankets, a journal and pen.
