Join Sylwia for a transformative Kundalini & Meditation class where you’ll experience the full spectrum of yoga, including asanas, pranayama, mudras, mantras, and more. This practice will leave you feeling both empowered and deeply relaxed. Kundalini yoga is a powerful method to clear energy blockages from the body, mind, and nervous system.

 

In Kundalini Yoga, we focus on transforming energy within the nervous and glandular systems, clearing away negativity and blockages. Through the practice of 'kriyas'—specific sequences of movements, breathwork, meditations, and chanting—you can achieve tangible results such as increased vitality and improved digestion, as well as more subtle benefits like enhanced intuition and an open heart.

 

What to expect in the class:

*Asana*: Yoga postures and movements

*Mudras*: Hand positions and body gestures

*Pranayama*: Breath and energy work

*Mantras*: Intentional, repeated sounds or chants

*Bandhas*: Constriction of specific areas of the body

*Drishti*: Focused gaze

*Shavasana*: Deep relaxation to conclude the practice

 

This practice builds physical strength and stamina while enhancing cognitive function, emotional well-being, and spiritual connection. We practice tapas (self-discipline) to push beyond our limitations, creating more space in our minds and lives.

 

These classes are accessible to everyone, with each pose and action explained from the beginning. Sylwia’s enthusiastic and friendly approach creates a safe environment, encouraging students to explore their practice with confidence.

 

About Sylwia:

Sylwia began her yoga journey in 2018, a beacon of light during a challenging period in her life. Over time, yoga brought profound positive changes, including inner peace, self-confidence, and improved physical health. After completing her Hatha and Kundalini Yoga training in Rishikesh, India, in 2023, Sylwia continues her studies under her guru. She integrates modern science, cultural communication, graphic design, the subconscious mind and psychology studies into her teachings. Sylwia is on a mission to share yoga as a science that can transform your life - a holistic approach to mind, body, and soul that helps you calm your nervous system, break limiting beliefs, gain confidence and clarity, and discover your life’s purpose.
