Easing you into Sunday morning with a 90-minute slow flow yoga class, focusing on the breath and linking movement with breath to gradually warm up the muscles and joints, finding the mind-body connection. Ending the class with a nourishing guided relaxation leaving you feeling calm and your cup-refilled!!
After we then move into the café where we will enjoy a plant-based brunch and plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful grounds.
8am Additional Sea Dip (Optional)
As an enthusiastic all season sea dipper I invite you to join me in a sea dip before the start of the event. The Retreat is less than 10 mins from the beach and a perfect way to start any day, WEATHER DEPENDANT. Or perhaps just come along and enjoy the sea air.
